Shipping Policy & Payment Methods

Payment Methods

All orders are settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa / MasterCard / American Express)

  • Alipay HK

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • UnionPay

  • PAYME/FPS （LOCAL HK SHIPMENT）

Shipping Fees

  • Hong Kong: HKD 30
    (SF Express Locker delivery is prioritised. SF Express Service Points will be used as a secondary option.)

  • Macau: HKD 50

Delivery Method

We use SF Express as our primary courier service.

Shipments will be delivered preferably to SF Express Lockers, followed by SF Express Service Points.

For heavy or oversized items (over 2kg) or door-to-door delivery (commercial or residential addresses), shipping will be arranged on a freight collect basis according to SF Express rates.

To ensure accurate delivery:

  • Please provide the delivery address in Chinese whenever possible.

  • Please enter an 8-digit local contact number only, without the country code (+852) or spaces.

If order information (including delivery address or contact number) is missing or incorrect:

  • The order will be held for 7 working days only, and stock will not be reserved.

  • Dispatch will be arranged in sequence once correct information is provided.

  • Orders will be automatically cancelled and refunded after 30 days if correct details are not received.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order products are expected to arrive within 7–14 days. Customers will be notified regarding delivery arrangements.
