Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy (Hong Kong District only) 

If return or exchange procedures are not followed in accordance with the instructions provided by our online customer service team, we reserve the right to refuse the request.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • If any product purchased from this Website is found to be damaged or defective within 7 days from the date of receipt or collection, please contact us within 7 days and provide your order reference number (sent to your registered email at the time of purchase).

  • The product must be returned to our company within 7 days.

  • Returned items must be brand new, unused, with original packaging intact, tags attached, and all accessories included (if any). Items must be properly folded and repacked into the original packaging.

  • Each order is eligible for return or exchange once only. Refunds are not available.

  • All items undergo careful quality inspection before dispatch. If quality issues or defects are found upon receipt, customers must notify us before arranging any return. To avoid disputes, customers must verify the returned item matches the requested return/exchange details and clearly state the reason for return before sending the item back.

Size Exchange

  • Size exchange is available once per order only.

  • Customers must clearly indicate the correct replacement size when returning the item.

  • Returns can be made in person at our store, via SF Express, postal service (at the customer’s own risk), or other courier services.

Return Processing

  • Once the returned item is verified to meet the return conditions, our staff will contact you to arrange the exchange procedure. Customers may visit our store in person or arrange third-party logistics for the return.

Electronic Products

  • Electronic or electrical products purchased from us may be exchanged within 7 days if defects are due to quality issues and not caused by misuse.

  • After 7 days, warranty or repair enquiries must be made directly with the authorised distributor.

  • Some products include one-year carry-in manufacturer warranty. Customers must retain the original packaging and warranty card. Warranty service may be refused if proof of warranty cannot be provided.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • All goods sold are non-refundable once delivered.

  • Opened or used electronic products, pre-order items, discounted products, home goods, free gifts, and sample items are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Pre-order items, discounted items, and home goods are not eligible for refunds.

  • Delays caused by supplier shipping schedules do not qualify for refunds. Store credit of the full amount may be issued instead.

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to personal preference, dissatisfaction after use, or quality expectations not being met.

  • Customers with sensitive skin are advised to consult a doctor before purchasing. Returns will not be accepted for allergic reactions.

  • Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the recipient’s name, contact number, and delivery address are correct when placing an order. The customer will be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss, or third-party theft resulting from incorrect information.

Additional Terms

  1. If returned items do not meet the return conditions, they will be sent back to the original delivery address and the customer will bear the shipping cost.

  2. In case of out-of-stock items, full value will be refunded as store credit.

  3. Exchanges must be for items of equal value. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid.

  4. For overseas orders, customers may return items at their own shipping cost if dissatisfied. Both outbound and return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
